If you enjoy a challenge and want to exceed your fitness goals, these sessions are for you.

Our fitness sessions are designed for people in all walks of life, who have the desire to commence a fitness program or to advance to the next level of their personal fitness.

Whilst not for the faint-hearted, these sessions provide a more advanced mixture of upper-end aerobic training, muscular endurance and power development.

Participants are constantly challenged to strive for new fitness levels through carefully selected targets and suitable competition, both with themselves and with other members of the group.

As a participant in these sessions, your current fitness levels will be assessed and from this an individualised fitness program will be prescribed, always with your specific personal goals and objectives in mind.

You can join these sessions as an individual or bring some friends or colleagues along for a group training session at a discounted rate.
