Paul Limmer on XC Dominance of New York Girls
The State of New York has 4 teams ranked in the top 25 in the US. #1 Fayetteville Manlius #2 North Shore #6 Saratoga Springs #25 Greenwhich Why are they so dominant? Paul Limmer is a New York XC guru that is heavily involved in NXN and has 35years coaching under his belt. When Limmer retired in 2000, he retired as the winningest combined Boys and Girls track coach in NYS history with over 700 wins. Mepham still holds the venerable Van Cortland Park 5 man 5k average, 16:12 per man set in 1980, 29 years ago!
